Il co-design è uno degli ingredienti fondamentali per fare innovazione negli ambiti più diversi. E’ un metodo efficace, che in OpenDot utilizziamo da sempre in ogni processo progettuale, per coinvolgere persone con competenze e background diversi in modo inclusivo e partecipativo, per generare idee nuove, risolvere problemi o soddisfare bisogni.
Ma come fare co-design a distanza in modo efficace?
Nell’ultimo anno ci siamo trovati tutti più lontani e con sempre più necessità di creare soluzioni a problemi collettivi in modo collaborativo.
Quale miglior partner di IDEO.org per organizzare una masterclass! Lo studio di design no-profit, fondato da IDEO nel 2011, si occupa di progettare un mondo più giusto attraverso inclusione, partecipazione, resilienza e accessibilità partendo dalle esigenze delle persone. Sono loro che hanno progettato il Design Kit per diffondere principi e pratiche di Human-centered design!
La Masterclass “Remote Co-design” tenuta da Anna Zylicz, Senior Communication Designer di IDEO.org offre una panoramica di strumenti e best practice per tenere sessioni di design partecipativo da remoto con team di lavoro eterogenei in modo efficiente.

Nella sessione mattutina, parleremo di terminologia, strumenti, best practice e su quando e come usare il co-design da remoto per soddisfare le esigenze degli utenti e del team. Analizzeremo insieme esempi di successo e impareremo anche dai momenti in cui il remote co-design ha mancato il bersaglio.

La sessione pomeridiana è rivolta a persone con vari livelli di esperienza con il co-design a distanza, e che sono pronte ad iniziare ad usarlo in modo più efficace. Condivideremo le nostre esperienze ed progetteremo, pianificheremo ed eseguiremo un’attività di co-design in piccoli gruppi. La sessione si chiuderà con uno scambio di feedback collettivo su come migliorare la facilitazione ed affinare il metodo insieme.

La masterclass è completamente gratuita e parte del progetto DD – Distributed Design, finanziato dal programma europeo Creative Europe, per sviluppare e promuovere la connessione tra designer, makers e mercato globale.
Co-design is one of the key ingredients for innovation in the most diverse areas. It’s an effective method, which in Opendot we have always used in every design process, to involve people with different skills and backgrounds in an inclusive and participatory way, to generate new ideas, solve problems or satisfy needs.
But how to do remote co-design effectively?
In the last year we have all been further away and with more and more need to find solutions to collective problems in a collaborative way.
What better partner than IDEO.org to organize a masterclass? The non-profit design studio, founded by IDEO in 2011, deals with designing a more just world through inclusion, participation, resilience and accessibility starting from the needs of people. They designed the Design Kit to spread the principles and practices of Human-centered design!
The Masterclass “Remote Co-design” held by Anna Zylicz, Senior Communication Designer of IDEO.org offers an overview of tools and best practices to hold participatory design sessions remotely with heterogeneous work teams efficiently.
The Masterclass will be held in English and divided into two parts:

In the morning session, we’ll talk about terminology, tools, best practices and when and how to use remote co-design to meet the needs of users and the team. We will analyze examples of success together and also learn from the moments when remote co-design has missed the target.
02.00 – 06.00 PM (GMT+2) | WORKSHOP hands-on activity with limited places – [CLOSED]
The afternoon session is aimed at people with varying levels of experience with remote co-design, and who are ready to start using it more effectively. We will share our experiences and design, plan and co-design in small groups. The session will end with a collective feedback exchange on how to improve facilitation and refine the method together.
The masterclass is completely free and part of the DD – Distributed Design project, funded by the Creative Europe program, to develop and promote the connection between designers, makers and the global market.
